  • **Ticket prices will increase to onsite pricing on May 28 at 11:59 PM EDT. Onsite Ticket prices include tax.
  • Weekend Tickets are only available through December 31, 2017.
  • BookCon 2018 Tickets must be ordered online or onsite. Tickets cannot be purchased over the phone.
  • You cannot purchase more than 12 Tickets per order.
  • There is a limit of two VIP Tickets per order
  • Saturday Kids Tickets are only valid for kids ages 6-12 on Saturday, June 2. Sunday Kids Tickets are only valid for kids ages 6-12 on Sunday, June 3. Kids 13 and older will need to purchase an Adult Ticket.
  • Do not lose your Ticket. You will be charged full price if a replacement Ticket is needed.
  • Companions for those that require Medical Assistance need to buy a Ticket.

Who Needs A Ticket

Kids 5 and under will be admitted for free to BookCon and no ticket is required. Kids 6-12 must have a valid Kids Ticket to attend BookCon.

Kids Ticket

Kids 6-12 must purchase a Saturday Kids Ticket or Sunday Kids Ticket to attend BookCon valid for the day they want to attend. The purchase of an Adult Ticket with a Kids Ticket is required. Please be prepared to show proof of age onsite.

BookCon recommends all kids under 18 attend with an Adult and all kids under 13 much have an adult with them while at BookCon. Unfortunately, Miss Peregrine won’t be around to watch the children.

Ticket Mailing

If you are purchasing your ticket(s) on or before 11:59 PM EDT on May 5, 2018 your Ticket(s) will be mailed via USPS to the address you enter. We highly encourage you to purchase your Tickets before this date so you can have your Tickets in your hands before the Show and stand in one less line to get in to BookCon. If you order 5 or more Tickets, please note that UPS shipping will be automatically added to your order to ensure delivery.

After May 2, 2018, we will not be able to make edits to your mailing address. Please note that tickets will not begin to mail until early May 2018.

International Orders will have the option to mail their tickets or pick them up onsite.

If you are purchasing after 11:59 PM EDT on May 5, 2018, please bring your printed confirmation to the Javits Center to pick up your Ticket. Otherwise, your Tickets will be sent to your address.

BookCon Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-upgradeable and non-resellable.

Terms of Service / Cancellation Policy: BookCon has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind. If a person engages in harassing behavior, BookCon staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate in their sole discretion, including expulsion from BookCon with no refund. This policy applies to EVERYONE at BookCon. Exhibitors, Artists, Fans, Speakers, Guests, Professionals, Press, Staff, Volunteers and Security are all subject to our Anti-Harassment Policy.  I have read and agree to the BookCon Anti-Harassment Policy. Ticket/wristband holders assume all risk incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property and release Reed Exhibitions, a division of RELX Inc. (“Reed Exhibitions”) and their respective employees and agents, against any and all claims. In purchasing and/or using a BookCon ticket/wristband, and in consideration for being admitted to BookCon, the ticket/wristband holder (the “Holder”) consents to being recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means for any and all purposes in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity. Holder also hereby: (1) releases Reed Exhibitions from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or course of action of any kind; (2) authorizes and permits Reed Exhibitions and its designees, which include but are not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors and contractors, the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter known for any and all purposes worldwide in perpetuity; (3) agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of BookCon, and (4) authorizes and permits Reed Exhibitions to share Holder’s personal information, including but not limited to contact information, with such exhibitors, vendors, companies, and entities with which Holder scans their ticket/wristband at BookCon. Holder agrees not to make any recordings of any and all panel discussions, presentations, or stage performances at BookCon without the express written permission of Reed Exhibitions. Reed Exhibitions reserve the right to deny entry or remove from BookCon any person who in their sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which Reed Exhibitions reasonably consider to be disruptive of BookCon. I have read, understand and agree to the cancellation policy and liabilities listed above. I authorize Reed Exhibitions to charge the amount specified above to the designated credit card. Tickets and/or wristband for the event are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced, resold or upgraded. The unauthorized resale or attempted resale of the ticket and/or wristband is prohibited and will constitute a forfeiture of the ticket and/or wristband without compensation. Each ticket/wristband must be used by the same person for each day of BookCon. BookCon’s operating hours, schedules, artists and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Each ticket/wristband is a revocable license to attend BookCon. All panels, autographing, photo ops, special events, show features and performances are subject to availability and access is not guaranteed and/or may require an additional fee. Reed Exhibitions are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and/or wristbands. Holder acknowledges that there are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness to attendees of BookCon and that not all such hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. By accepting this ticket and/or wristband and attending BookCon, Holder freely and voluntarily agrees to assume the full risk of bodily injury or property damage, regardless of severity, or death that Holder may sustain as a result of attending BookCon, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of Reed Exhibitions. Individuals under 18. All attendees age 6 or older need a ticket to enter BookCon. Please note, BookCon recommends all individuals under the age of 18 attend with a parent or legal guardian, and all individuals under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  Individuals under the age of 18 must obtain the permission of a parent or legal guardian before sending any information to BookCon, entering any sweepstakes or contests at BookCon, posting any information on TheBookCon.com or related websites, or purchasing any goods online related to BookCon. The submission of information to BookCon or the purchase and/or use of a ticket/wristband to BookCon is a representation and confirmation that you are age 18 or over or have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a BookCon attendee that is under the age of 18, it is your responsibility to check the suitability of BookCon for any individuals in your party regardless of official age restrictions. BookCon’s on-site or web-enabled technologies, including but not limited to on-site Wi-Fi, on-site interactive kiosks, and any mobile applications associated with BookCon (the “Digital Technologies”) are neither directed at nor intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. Reed Exhibitions do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of 13, and if Reed Exhibitions becomes aware that it has inadvertently done so, Reed Exhibitions will promptly delete such Personal Information. If you are under the age of 13, do not access or use the Digital Technologies unless under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and if you are under the age of 18, do not access or use the Digital Technologies without the express consent of a parent or legal guardian.
